THE MENOTTI ART FESTIVAL WARMS UP THE ENGINES
Everything is ready for the week of art and the arts with the Art in The City formula from 22 to 26 September, but considering the many events and exhibitions that have been going on for some years, the presentations start already in September at the beginning of the month. Saturday, September 17, an important double appointment for the Spoleto kermesse with the official presentation of the artists of the two worlds exhibition at 3.30 pm Caffè Letterario del Sansi in Via della Salara Vecchia 21 with the artists Valerio Giuffrè, Lorenza Altamore, Silvio Craia, Marcello Marzulli, Edward Evans (Usa), Menelao Sete (Brazil), Josè Luisi Lorenzo (Cuba), Patrizia Dalla Valle, De Paoli Antonio, Romina Farris, Michele Pinto, Rita Elisa Landeau Orsini (Bolivia) edited by Paola Biadetti and Luca Filipponi. Following at 5 pm presentation of the personal exhibition of the mosaicist Patrizia Dalla Valle (in the photo with Luca Filipponi) at the prestigious Sala Orafi in Via Saffi by the critic and professor Enzo Dall'Ara. Luca Filipponi, Paola Biadetti, Enzo Dall'Ara, Adelaide Parolini, Maria Cristina Mancini will be present. Dall'Ara, Dalla Valle and Filipponi, all awarded in Florence with the Pontevecchio prize.
In addition to the Pontevecchio Prize, this event has had important and notable awards in particular from the Umbrian and Abruzzo Legislative Assembly with restricted sponsorships and inclusion in important cultural projects also for the future. "Dr. Umberto Giammaria, also a Pontevecchio prize, saw the recognition and funding by the Miur of a very important educational project on art that will take place between Spoleto and L'Aquila.
